This will involve game servers, websites, and game client downloads lasting for approximately 30 minutes.

Why i am banned:

No reason was given for my ''website ban''
I assume it was because of me advertising my blog on the forum

Why i am suprised i was banned:

I have been a member of the maplestory europe community for nearly a year and i felt i was friendly with Nexon, i allways kept to the ToS and they allways let my screenshots through, even the ones about my blog like this one.
Nexon had a Blog event before, so i thought that they where in favour of maple blogging.
Nexon has blog parts on their website.
My blog is suitable for anyone, i don't swear, i don't flame other members, i don't promote hacks or try to steal accounts
As soon as someone said about posting links to my blog 'might get me banned' i stopped linknig to my blog and sent in an inquiry about advertising
Nexon has never seemed to have a problem with my advertising before.

What i cannot do because i am banned:

Post on any of the maplestory europe forums
Comment on updates
Enter maplestar / the screenshot compitition
And finally, i can't post any screenshots, which is a big heartbreaker for me.

What can i do to appeal my ban?

I tried sending in an inquiry appealing my ban but it's been two days and it still hasn't been read
Maybe a GM will read the blog and hear my case, but probably not.
I could try and wait it out, but there was no set time for the ban to appeal so it may be permanent (let's hope not)

Challenge the Bastille

Entering the Bastille

Step one. Get a group of 5 members, your group will have to consist of either level 15-29 characters (easy), 30-40 characters (medium) or 41-?? (hard)

Step two. Each member will have to pay a one-time-only payment of 10k to enter the ''Event map enterence'' with Andre ''The revolutionary boy'' members can enter here to try and find a party so step one and two come in no paticular order.

What this event is really is just another PQ, so remember only one party can enter at a time.

Step three: Get your group leader to keep clicking Andre unto you get inside the PQ.

Clearing the Bastille

Stage one. Gather the red, white and blue pieces of the french flag from the boxs scattered around the dark room,
but DO NOT hit the highest box on the left side of the gate, it is a trap box and it will make you fail and throw you out of the PQ. After the 3 pieces have been gathered, give them to the party leader and get the leader to talk to Andre again, all party members will then be teleported to the next stage

Stage two. Part 1. When you appear in the tower-like room, turn left and attack the wall behind where you appeared, once you hit it, the stonelike monster that you are supposed to kill will jump down ontop of you, it doesn't hit very much however and you should kill it very quickly, even if you don't have any level 24+ in the party.

Stage two. Part 2. After the monster has been killed, get all the members of the party to attack a wall each. After a while the walls shall start to crumble and fall in on themselves, once 4 walls have been destriod an exit shall appear in the bottom floor of the tower. Beware some walls are fake and will not break at all.

Exit. Press the up key to enter through the broken part of the wall, once you do this you will appear in the exit room, click Andre to leave it and then you can choose what town you would like to appear in (free taxi ftw)

Reward. Talk to charles in any of the towns and click ''Challenge the Bastille'' Charles will talk for a bit and whenever you click next you will receive a small amount of experiance and 20 bagettes.

EXTRA REWARD: Complete the quest 30 times and you will recieve a france hat! O_o

No more advertising

Recently, Nexon began to not let my screenshots with links to the blog into the screenshot forum and they delted a topic about the blog on the general forum, i posted an inquiry to nexon about if i am allowed to advertise or not, let's hope for a quick reply.

EDIT; I just noticed, my new account (I made a new account when recreating nerd) has been banned from the general maplestory forums and the screenshot forum, which i don't think is very fair, without a warning, and this ban was given after the inquiry was sent in.

If any Nexon are reading this, which they're probably not, i ask for a second chance, as i do like adding my screenshots to the site.

Third job and anti-hacker campaign

The third job advancement was released on february the 21st.

A huge success and lots of fun, from what i've seen on youtube videos.

The anti hacker campaign was introducted on the 14th of march 2008, the ban for hacking is nolonger 7 days, instead now it is 10 years. Awesome, this should have a great impact.

Where have i been?
Well, i've been drifting through a few MMOs still trying to find the one thats right for me, but i have been keeping an eye on the mapleeurope forums and screenshot forums, i even posted occasionally.

I'll try and keep the blog updated so players in the future can just look back and see when stuff happened etc, or maybe, others will volunteer to right for the blog :)

Singapore Map

A new map due to be released the 17th of January 2007, wait 2007? Looks like this map is about a year late. But lets never mind that. Not much information has been released on this map and i haven't checked if its been released on other Maplestorys yet. The town, or map? Is as it says on the image, the second Asian touch to Maple, and says as a description 'Fly away - departure time has arrived' So I'm guessing it might even be a completely new island, Interesting.

Pqing didn't go to successfully so i decided to go back to the 5th floor of the eos tower for some slow but steady training and loot hunting, so far I'm on 30% xp and still level 35. During my break from maple Teru and Chakra both got ahead of me (both level 5x) so i'm going to have to train allot now to catch up with them.

I was on today, and i can't get the pictures of the maple Christmas event so I'll save that to another day. Anyway, maple has made some big improvements since i was on last, sms payment is now available, VIP hair tokens are available and last but not least, maple staff have announced that next month, they will be launching the 3rd job class. Not like that will make any difference to me but allot of players having been complaining and quiting because of Maple Europe not having the advancement.

Also, because i haven't been on much i've been kicked out of Forsaken which gives me less point to log on now, lol.

I'm in orbis at the minute and plan to go pqing tomorrow.

Yeah, i haven't been on still much, and i probably won't be for another while, i'm just busy with other stuff, not quiting.
The christmas event was good but at the same time painfully long.
I got alot of ores and level 70 earrings out of it.

Sorry haven't posted in a few weeks, mainly because i haven't been on in a few weeks, i was going to quit but i've decided to stay and I'll start playing again properly whenever my laptop stops being so slow. I'm just after getting off my laptop because it crashed when at the Christmas event so now I'm here, writing a post waiting for my maplestory to patch on my home computer that is extremely old.

Anyway, looking through the blog i noticed i didn't write anything about the guy fawkes event, suppose its too late and nobody really cares but for future reference the event was epic fail, hackers could drag the monsters to the entrance of the map, which was also the respawn point, so you've been killed once you entered, and lets say your on 70% exp, thats 10% exp gone, right? wrong, you revived automatically and where killed just as quick, until you died over and over again bringing you back to 0%.

Mushroom shrine!

This blog entry is one day late

Mushroom shrine and guy fawkes event arrived yesterday!
I died 4 times yesterday too, 3 times at guy fawkes event, once exploring secret maps at the mushroom shrine, thats 40% down the drain ;-;

Guy fawkes event is glitchy too, only good reward you get is 10 fireworks and due to a glitch you lose 9 of them. But seeing as there was an emergency patch today i thought that may of been fixed. So i done it again, and lost all the fireworks again, pissed off i dropped it because there was no point keeping one.

In the mushroom shrine i started the sky fox tail quest, got 100 of the tails and completed it, then started the next one where i had to get 200 fox tails so i got them, when i got them i was told i had to get another 300, by now i had still not got a decent reward for the quest so i just left.

Okay -- more information (and screenies) of magi's level 110 party yesterday.

It started as Luvmyrii on microphone inviting everyone to come along at florida beach on channel 1, so i went. Luvmyrii and magi where telling everyone to go to the next map of the island, the one with monsters and so i followed, along with some other guy, but that was all, so we went back and shouted some more, i tried dropping some gold to lure them to the next map, not sure if it helped but we finally got most of the people to the next map. We stood around for a while, there where a few well known faces there -- Froozen, Luvmyrii, fantomatik and a few other high levels. Anyway we all stood around for a while unto finally Luvmyrii, who was in a party with magi leveled her up on a crab or a lupin or something.

Then she was spammed with 'congrats' as you can imagine and somehow after she died, i think that was deliberate though.

then some noob started hacking and vaccing all the monsters to magis dead body, hence luvmyrii saying 'not fun' maybe the hacker killed luvmyrii but i don't think so.

Anyway, today i was pqing and i completed two, i got ores for the first one and a 60% scroll for cape hp the second time, i got to like 40% or something and sold my clean sauna robe for 500k, then bought another sauna with 8 spaces left for 180k.

Toymakers cap

I got to level 19 yesterday, and i also got a 10% shoe jump scroll from green mushrooms, which i sold for 450k (underpriced, again.) nothing really interesting going on, just mainly pqing, which i done again today, and it got to level 20.

Well today on maple global i deleted my so called hp warrior and remade him as a dexless warrior for now with the starting stats 10 str and 5 everything else, i trained on the island unto level 7, then got the boat to victoria island and the taxi to henesys, where i trained in the hunting grounds to level 10, before heading to perion and becoming a warrior, as well as buying my new weopon.

I met one of my friend (mend from ems)'s mules and he gave me a few good equips, 100k and 200 white potions :D Then i went to henesys pq and trained there till i had to log off, on level 15 and 95%. Besides xp i didn't get any rewards from pq ;[

Mend's mule (can't remember name of it) gave me his fame then later on i traded fame with another guy from pq, so I'm already on 2 fame :D I think i'm going to sell my fame from now on though.

This post is a day late and is about yesterday

Okay so yesterday seeing as my friend Mend on ems quit ems (europe maplestory) and has moved back to gms (global maplestory) i decided to start training my ems characters and made a hp warrior, i got him to level 7 before noticing how hard it would be to train him so i just went on to my old character 'doomsstrengh' and done a few henesys party quests, i'll upload screenshot whenever i'm on my laptop next, it was good fun and good experience so i kept doing it unto my level 13 warrior was up to level 15, but i decided not to use him for 2 reasons, crap name and had 11 intelligence, which is useless for a warrior.

I also went back to EMS and done 2 pqs getting me to level 42, and then went down to the free market trying to merchant scrolls, i bought 9 off one person and by the time i had sold 2 i had made all my money back. :D

Well, just wanted to make a post on halloween.

I had a few pqs in the morning and leveled up to lv. 41 and 10%, before going out for the day with family, i'll say more tomorrow but gotta go!

Level 40!

Well, it was the fourth and probably final day of my hunting for the red whip, i didn't get it but i did level up after training for 16% down there.

When i leveled i went down to the bottom, started and completed roly-poly no.10's quest and was rewarded with a black napoleon after that i went back up to the 101st floor and started pqing, and i actually got into some! only completed 2 though, first reward was 100 magic pots and second was 60% scroll for topware defense, I also done the 'peace at the eos tower' quest and got a scroll for glove attack which i sold for 1.4mill and later found somebody buying for 2.5m each in fm... :[

I got to 80% by the end of the day, which isn't bad seeing as i started out on lev 39 and 86%

Bad news: Magic is back, and not only is he back, he's number 1, on the mage and overall highscores. Luvmyrii also overtook cantisque again but that isn't all bad seeing as she isn't a hacker.

Third day of hunting

This is now my third day of my hunt for my red whip, but seeing as i didn't post yesterday i'll fill you in on what happened.

I logged on on 78% and continued to train, when training i got a 60% scroll for spear attack and thats the only drop i got the whole day, when i ran out of potions i had no money left either so i went to the fm and sold my 60% shoe jump scroll for 550k, i think its worth more but i needed the money, i bought more pots and went back down, i finally leveled, made a bet with teru that i could get to level 50 before her for 50k, shes currently level 40, and logged off on 16%

Today i logged on and continued training at the 5th floor of the eos tower for most of the day, i got level 50 archer gloves that npc for 110k off the king block golems and a level 28 fem mage top which i later gave to teru from black ratz, i trained at other places, bumped up the bet with teru to 100k and then at the end of the day went back to the 5th floor of the eos tower with alot of pots and got a lv 40 male theif pant drop, i'm now on 81% and i'll be logging off in 15 mins.

In other news, cantisque overtook luvmyrii in the highscores yesterday and achieved level 121 today, grats cantisque.

Hunt for a red whip

I started the day with the aim of level 39 at the end of the day, or at least, close to level 39 (was on 50%). So i started off in the toy factory, and trained there for a while, i decided i wouldn't waste time trying to get into pq because it rarely happens, but i somehow ended up at the pq area for about an hour and a half, before going back to train.

It got too boring so i decided to do some quests, and revisited the bottom of the eos tower to do so, killed some birds, got the eggs, then went to kill some king bloctos or whatever they're called, i got all i needed to kill but when i got 15/25 crowns i died, pissed off, i got 200 hp potions, 100 mana potions and went back down, and boy i got my revenge.

Out of the 2 quests the only reward i liked was some cool level 35 warrior gloves : )

While down in the bottom floors of the eos tower, i remembered previously hearing that the king block golems dropped red whips (1-1.5m) so i confirmed it with http://hidden-street.net/ and started killing them on the 5th floor. I haven't logged off yet but I'm nearly on 80% and the only drop I've got so far is a pair of level 35 archer (f) pants, remember to check out the blog for updates on my mission! :)

Well, cantisque was right, luvmyrii overtook his place on the highscores and now cantisque is 3rd overall but still first mage.

Okay so i continued to get the halloween candys when i logged on, it took a while but i got them all, and got my basket, i tried most of the day to sell it but couldn't, hopefully i'll sell it tomarrow.

But even better news! Magic has been banned, and cantisque is back at number one mage again! and apparently it isn't just a normal 7 day ban, lets hope its permanent!

So i logged on in the morning training in the eos tower, i continued to train on the 94th floor unto i got bored and decided to go back to vic, on the way to the top, i thought i'd go see if i could get into a pq, and i did, 4 times, the first time we didn't complete because we had no theif, the second time we cleared and i got 100 white potions, during the third one i leveled up :D yay, but i didn't complete it because the boss killed me :[ Stupid cleric. And the fourth time our party just fell apart, after that i finally went back to Victoria and finished the maple history book quest, and i got my awesome hat.

Then i went to kerning city and completed the lost coin quest, then completed the lost sack of cash or something like that quest, i got 2 fame, 30 return scrolls to sleepywood and 30 mana elixers. Now the Halloween quest, all i can do atm is the collect 100 candies thing, and thats way too hard so i decided to buy some of them, but 7-10k each was too expensive so i went to the henesys hunting grounds and bought them for 4 / 5k each, and in some cases traded low level equips or usable items for them. I managed to get 54 out of 100 before logging off and plan to get all 100, get the basket and sell it for profit tomarrow.

Okay so i started to try and finish some of my undone quests so i started collecting green mushroom caps and blue blubblings for some girl in kerning city, by the time i had collected all of them i somehow ended up in sleepywood and started trying to clear John's jumping quest (#2), i got to the second stage and got close but never got to the end, so i left and met Mend (congrats on level 30) in kerning and finished the other quest, after that we both headed off for ludi, we got there and went to the eos tower, where i helped him clear some ludi quests. And i finished the lost gaurd quest again, earning myself another 20 eos rock scrolls. After a while he had to go, so i went to train on the 94th floor of the eos tower, where i met begagain (previously the number one beginner.) And we became friends. I trained in verious spots and died once, but i still managed to train to 64% before logging off.

Okay so its friday now and the last blog entry was tuesday, I forgot to mention on tuesday, to make matters worse that Magic reclaimed the no.1 mage spot from cantisque and that scroll i sold may have been worth 900k according to some other person. But hey, magic is a hacker and cantisque is legit so i still count cantisque as no.1 mage and hopefully magic will be banned or removed from the high scores along with the rest of the hackers as soon as ''nexon stop counting their money'' As cantisque put it.

On wedensday i didn't do much, i tried leading a pq because nobody would let me into theirs, but i just got called a noob, So i returned to victoria for the first time in days. And yesterday the halloween patch was released, but to access it we need to buy specail halloween nx, which i don't think i will be doing. We also got our own version of gapachon.

And today, well,,, i wasn't online today.

So i went to the bottom of the eos tower with scrolls, quickly killed the block golems and went back to the top and claimed my reward, after that i went to the toy factory and trained the last few % to level 37 before finally leveling up, then i went to ludi pq and managed to get in one pq, it got me to 16% and my reward was only 100 blue pots ;[

I also sold a 650k scroll for 250k... ;[ not a great day.

So i logged on today and gathered the remaining fire shell pieces to complete Huckle's quest, while gathering them i obtained a pair of lev. 20 yellow square earrings and my reward for huckle's quest was 5 scrolls of orbis tower, after completing the quest, i decided to try and get to el nath, the city at the bottom of the eos tower. When i arrived at el nath, i bought myself a pair of red snowshoes for 30k :D

I didn't want to go back to orbis yet so i went to aqua road and explored as far as i could, before heading back to the museum and talking to the person for the 'veiw of the ocean quest' which will required me to travel back to el nath, again. When i arrived the wizard told me he could give me what the other person wanted if i got him 100 ice crystals off those fluffy white things, it took a while but i finally got all 100 and headed back to the wizard who gave me the ice crystal, i then headed back to get the photo gallery and then gave it to the fairy, i got 3k exp and a 60% scroll for shoe jump. After that i decided there wasn't much left to do on orbis for me and got the train back to ludi, when i arrived i started the 'eos tower threatened' quest, and logged off, so it looks like i'll be going down to the very bottom of the eos tower yet again to kill block monsters tomorrow ;D

I logged on in the 94th floor of the eos tower and changed channel a few times unto i got a channel to myself, my first kill there dropped lev 35 brown legolier archer pants, i continued to train there unto 60% then i went to get propellys and worn out goggles for the lost gaurd quest, i got all the worn out goggles before i went for a shower and somebody had the smart idea of bringing me out of the cash shop while i was in the shower and getting me killed, losing 10% . . . bringing me to 52% meaning that i had just lost over an hours training. Great.

Couldn't be bothered starting to train again so i got the train back to orbis where i planed on doing some quests but instead went to floria beach for a while, got bored and completed the 'taste of floria beach' quest, after that i just started messing around and not doing much.

I talked to magic for a while, he's a high level mage hacker, and he really is an idiot.

Anyway, i found huckles on the 10th floor of orbis tower and started doing his quest, nearing completion of the quest me and my friend decided to start mage characters, he had a level 10 archer but never used it much so he's fairly new, i decided to make one to help him and PQ. I'll probably be an Icelightening mage or a cleric, not sure yet. We both got to level 8 before i had to go.

Yet again i wasn't on much today, i started off in the morning training at the toy factory for a while unto i went out to walk the dog in real life, then i went to town with friends for a few hours, and then around to a friends house, got around 10pm and started training the the toy factory again before going to the eos towers black ratz looking for some loot that i could sell, and finally me killing my eyes (was really tired) payed off, and i got a green starlight (male) :3

Haven't been on maple the past 3 days, they first day i was trying to set up maple global on my computer (i don't know why it toke so long :/) Second day i was lagging alot and couldn't access maple for more than 5 minutes at a time but when i did log in i managed to get into (and not complete) one party quest and received a message saying that my ticket to the beer tent had vanished ;[ Oh well and today, i wasn't on much but i got onto my old level 16 global mage account (doomx20) and trained him to level 17 :3 Halloween event soon, should be something interesting to wright about, for now I'm not sure what to do, train Nerd or my global account which is probably going to be a I/L mage.

I have a few event items on my maple global account like 3 independence day hats, 2 blue maple flags and a yellow valentines day rose, I'm trying to find the prices for them, so far I've been offered level 30 sapphire earrings and level 30 mage gloves for a blue maple flag, so lets just hope i get something good for them :3

Well, i haven't had much luck with party questing in ludi but i have got into a few pqs and even completed one, my reward was another green napoleon and 15 opal ores, not great but heck its something, plus i leveled while i was there.

In other news, i signed up to the maple-world.net forums and they seem pretty nice, i think I'll hang out there for a while, and a few days ago i also started listen to maple-radio.com, which is also cool.

Well, i used the remainder of my mana pills, then a backup 20 blue potions, 20 backup mana elixirs and even a warrior potion but finally i trained to lev 35, and then headed to ludi pq, i finally got into a game due to the kindness of my friend wat3rdragon and we got through a few stages unto he d/ced, everyone left the party and made a new one so i followed, a few minutes later wat3r logged on, i asked the leader to invite him but our party was full and we got in again a few seconds after, we completed that one and i got a green napoleon cape and 100 white potions, i continued to get into a few more quests but due to leaders d/cing or members being morons we didn't complete any, however i did manage to get to 75% before the end of the day.

However, as you may of noticed, we've got a new banner! a rather good one if i can say so myself! It was very kindly made by Vanhawk of the endless online forums, so thank you vanhawk!

Also -- The ''my account'' addiction of the blog was removed because i kept forgetting to update it and it still said i was level 20-something with 21 or 22 fame. Aw well.

Nearing ludi pq

I trained to 10% exp yesterday in the dungeon's ant tunnel and continued to train there to 17% unto i got the boat to orbis then the train to ludi where i started to train on ratz and black ratz not only because they're better experience, but they drop level 30+ equips which i can sell. I need the money bad because i can no longer pq in kerning and am to low a level to pq in ludi.

By the time i had used my first 100 white and blue potions i had gotten to nearly 45% exp and had gained the following equips:
Lev 30 Dark brown steeler pants from black ratz (theif / male)
Lev 30 Brown hawkeye from ratz (archer hat)
Lev 38 dark moonlight from propellys (mage / female)
Lev 40 jacker from ratz (warrior weopon)

By the time i had used my next 80 white potions and 100 blue potions i had gotten to 64% and had gotten a lev 40 hall staff (mage staff) after that i bought another 100 white potions and 150 blue mana pills, i used about 100 of the mana pills and a few of the white potions before logging off, i didn't get any more equips but i got to 81% experience, I'm hoping to get to level 35 tomarrow morning so i can pq the rest of the day, lets see how that goes.

Haven't posted in a few days, having done much in a few days.
I've spent a few days training slowly and hanging out with friends, i would of leveled yesterday if i hadn't stupidly died twice the day before that, but yeah, i leveled today and now I've got level 3 hyper body and my fame is 53 now, riolu's is like 57/58 ;-;

Anyway, i wouldn't expect another blog entry unto saterday or so, unless something really interesting happens, because I'm doing other stuff.

I started the day in the beer tent on 8%, and continued to train there unto 23% when i left for the dungeon ant tunnels, while exploring them i decided to try and kill a drake, and i did, but i used at least 20 white potions so i don't think I'll be doing that again for a while, maybe I'll try again next level. After that i went back to the zombie mushrooms and started to kill them again to get the needed 100 charms of the undead for the ''strangers identity'' quest, while in there some nice players gave me a few charms for free and it wasn't too long before i got the rest, while i was in sleepywood before claiming my reward i decided to start the sauna guy's quest.

After that i returned to Jane Doe in kerning city to claim my reward of 2.3k experience and a raggedy cape for completing the strangers identity quest, then i got the taxi to ellinia to continue the sauna guys quest. I struggled to find the sauna guy's son but while looking in one of the trees for him i met Dragoonmillz who told me where he was, so when i found the kid he told me he'd give me his fathers book if i got him 50 lupin bananas, some food and some fresh milk, so i went to ellinia and asked one of the fairy's for some fresh milk, and she said that she would give it to me for a refined diamond ;-;

I got 8 diamond ore off my ''irish'' (bank) account and then bought 2 diamond ore for 18k, brought them to the guy in perion and had them made into a diamond, brought that back to the fairy in ellinia and got the milk, then i talked to the person about the food thing, she told me she didn't have the engrideants and needed me to get her 5 pig heads and 50 cursed eye tails, luckily i had 5 pig heads and only needed the tails, so i went to a area near sleepy wood with cursed eyes and lupins, and started to kill them by the time i had 16 tails and 5 lupins bananas the lupins killed me bringing me down to 33% from 43% ;-;

I respawned in sleepywood, went to the sauna, sold my mitheral wand for 33k to another player and bought 100 each of both white and blue potions, then went back to the cursed eyes, i got 50 tails and completed the quest where i needed to kill 99 of them while i was there, reward was 4500xp and scroll for two-handed BW for attack

After that i met up with riolu and we headed to floria island to get the lupin bananas, we entaully gathered up 50, swapped it all for the book, brang it to the guy in sleepywood and got my sauna robes : D YAY

As you know i was in the 4th floor of the tower, i went down to see what was at the bottom but all i found where ratz and black ratz, so i started to go back up...100 floors, when i reached the 4th floor again i stopped to kill some robot lego things, by the time i had killed 3 dark ones and one normal yellow one i had run out of white potions, so i had to switch to the back up food i had picked up from the beer tent.

At the 7th floor i met neotiger, we partied and started killing tweeters and i stayed there unto i had killed all 30 needed for the ''cleaning up the outer parts of the eos tower'' quest (i had already killed 30 propellys yesterday) after that, i continued to climb the tower with the aim of gathering 30 propellers and 30 worn out goggles for the lost guard quest.

At the 40th floor i got 100 more white potions and 50 more blues from the candy machine
Note to self: I hate bloctos, especially the king/lazer firing ones :[

After i got out of the EOS tower i went to see marcel who rewarded me with 50 elixers and 4000 xp after that i went to the toy factor and explored the entire first floor looking for the npc to complete the ''Nemi's lunchbox delivery'' quest and the npc to start ''the whereabouts of mechanic'' quest, after not finding either i went down a floor and found manager kaho, completed nemi's quest receiving 750xp, 4500 gold and the right to begin the 'another day at work' quest, so i did and i was asked to take pictures of the 10 roly polys in the eos tower, wait, the eos tower? D:

After that i went to start Nemi's next quest, where i was asked to gather 10 cheese from the ratz at the eos tower, i completed it and was rewarded with 1150 xp and 100 cheese burgers, then i returned to victoria, trained at the beer tent, then ant tunnels, then the beer tent again then boars outside perion, and then finally back to the beer tent where i leveled up, to level 33, i stayed in the beer tent and trained to 8% before logging off.

Yesterday i trained to 98% in the beer tent/ant tunnel so when i logged on i very quickly got to level 32, by the time i got back to henesys beer tent from the ant tunnel i was on 1% and after i had completed the quest i was on 9% after that i moved the following ores to my abandoned archer file 'irish' to save room in my inventory:

So i logged on beside Milla, started the event quest thing again and walked to the other side of the map killing the required 70 of each monster, but while doing so i done what i thought i wouldn't be able to do for another level or two, i hit 1007 damage yup, one thousand and seven damage, maybe this doesn't seem alot for whoever is reading, but it is for me, I finally hit into the thousands. My first time ever.

Anyway, i continued to kill the monsters unto i had finished the quest, returned to Milla, got 700xp and more beer, by this point i was on 37.76% EXP with 126 full mugs of non alcoholic beer, 118 mugs of alcoholic beer and 19 empty mugs.

After leaving the tent i got the cab to lith harbor, bought 100 white and 150 blue potions and then started John's next quest, so i went to henesys and started to walk to sleepywood, on the way i killed a lupin and tried to kill a steel pig, i missed alot but hit 1s and the occasional 100, i didn't manage to kill it but i think the time of killing one is nearing.

After 20 minutes of trying to do the quest i gave up and entered the ant tunnels and trained to 52.36% before returning to henesys beer tent, i restarted and completed the quest, bringing me to 60% and trained normally in the beer tent to 65% and then logged off.

Day at ludi

Okay so i logged on in the EOS tower with the aim to kill 50 black ratz and 50 trixters for the quest i started yesterday, so i went down a few lowers and started killing black ratz, when i had killed 50 i went down a floors with no clue of what a trixter was, i seen some spider thing and killed it, and the quest helper trixter counter thing went up to 1 out of 50, so i continued to kill 50 more and then some. After doing so i went back and claimed me reward of 50 white pills, 50 mana elixir pills and 2500 xp, started the next quest and returned to the EOS tower to kill 30 propellys and 30 tweaters

While searching for these monsters i went as far down the eos tower as floor 59 where i think (not sure) propellys but i couldn't kill them so i decided to go back, 41 floors x....x on the way back i stayed at floor 73 for a while killing trixters because i didn't need any pots. After that on they way up i tried to kill a group of around 6/7 black ratz, i killed a few but i didn't notice i was out of white potions and died bringing me down from 29% to 19%

I trained back to 25% at the beginning of the toy factor killing bear things, while doing so i obtained a ''blue chaos robe'' (male) When i arrived at henesys some guy called ''fmguy'' tried to scam me out of my two def scrolls after that i returned to the beer tent, completed the quest i left half done a few days ago and trained a bit.

I logged on in pq and quickly sold my scroll for helm def for 60k, i then traded my fame and eventually got a party and into a quest and got rewarded with another helm def scroll, we left the pq arena and missed the next quest, during the wait i sold my scroll for glove luck for 140k, second time i got lightening earrings and the third a blue bamboo hat, we missed the next PQ and changed channel got into another pq and got 8 emerald ore and then 3 diamond ore before i leveled to level 31 and headed to ludi with riolu.

After arriving at ludi, i started the 'clean up the eos tower' quest and then we met up with teru and went to the eos tower, killed 50 ratz and returned the reward was 50 orange and blue tablets and 1250 xp after doing that i talked to marcel and started the next part of the quest, headed back to the eos tower and logged off.

LEVEL 30 (32 fame)

Sorry i had problems with my laptop and couldn't update the blog yesterday, i wasn't online much anyway, but i did manage to get to 84% by training in the ant tunnel and 31 fame (bought one fame for 6k and swapped fame after that)

So when i logged on i was in the evil eye cave, i trained for a bit unto i ran out of pots i went to scroll out then realized that i had forgotten to buy scrolls, but i still managed to escape on 92%
after that i went to the beer tent and started the quest again, while i was there i handed in my 52 empty glasses by accident, aw well :P, before i got to finish the quest i got to level 30 and went to perion, bought my level 30 black dragon robes, some level 30 sword, 200 white pots and headed to the guy in the house at the very top of perion, got the letter and started the quest to get 30 black marble, i set my ctrl button to power strike so it wasn't that hard, after completing the challenge i returned with the proof of hero and became a spearman <3

Then with Riolu, Mend and Aurisa i went to the other island and i got a fork type spear, after that i returned to try and get a pq, i couldn't so i went to the crocodile type things, and trained to 10% and then tried again and sucessfully got a party, i done a few pqs but didn't really get what i want.

Didn't really do anything today, i bought somebodys fame for 6k, then trained in the ant tunnels with magicmagus mainly put riolu was there for a bit too, while training i defamed some idiot making fun of riolu, bringing his fame down from 41 to 40, he said thanks to me and that 40 is a better number than 41, i think riolu defamed him too after that, i'm not sure, he left after a 10 or so minute arguement.

I got to 58% but when i was on the phone in real life i died bringing me down to 48%, so i headed to the beer tent again, on the way i had to do something and when i came back i was dead AGAIN, i respawned in sleepywood annoyed, so i went into the ant tunnels and trained to 45% and logged off.

Well i logged in today at the beginning of the ant tunnel, i started to kill the blue horn shaped mushrooms and some archer was there too, he didn't say anything, we continued to kill the blue horn shaped mushrooms, then he just defamed me and logged off! maybe i was getting in his way or something but he didn't even say a word before doing it, Anyway, so i went further down to the evil eyes where i trained unto level 29, then i returned to henesys, bought somebodys fame for 5k and went to the beer tent, i started and finished the quest to get rewarded with some more non alchoholic beer.

Then i tried to trade my fame, i was unsuccessful so i headed to the henesys hunting grounds where somebody by the name of ''gandalf1991'' said that he would trade fame with me, him being a level 38 ice/lightening wizard i trusted him and went first, after i famed him he went on killing the green mushrooms, i asked him to fame me and he replied ''i'll fame you tomarrow'' which was 40 minutes wherever he lives, thing was i had to go in 20 mins, i told him that and he said he'd fame me when he could tomarrow, so lets see how that goes. :/

Okay so

That event started yesterday, first off you need to talk to Charles then gather 50 of the items he asked you to gather and bring them back to him, you will receive 2000xp and a ticket to the beer tent. Talk to Charles again and he will ask you if you want to go to the beer tent, click yes and you will be warped there. Talk to Milla to start the next quest, she'll ask you to kill 70 drunk ribbon pigs, 70 drunk evil eyes and 70 drunk blue mushrooms, kill them then return to her and you will receive the sausage hat heres some screenshots:

After completing that quest you can go onto the next qeust witch is just the same as the last exept the reward is 500 or so xp and 20 mugs or full mugs of non alcoholic beer which heal 500 / 700 hp each, you can repeat the quest every hour, getting a party to help do the event is advisable.

The monsters will occasionally drop a 'empty beer mug' hand them to Milla and when 100 are collected food and beer will appear in the beer tent. The exp off the monsters isn't great but the event is fun and maybe the items dropped will become rare in the future although the sausage hats disappear on 18/10/07

Okay seeing as there was no posts the past 2 days I'll fill you in, level 28, bought an umbrella (95k) 27 fame + event and everyone walking around in sausage hats, sorry i could write more but i really gtg now :c

I started today by killing some green mushrooms, but quickly got bored and went to pq.
The rewards i got where a a dex scroll for overall Armour 10% and 5 gold ore, then my party left so i told my friend what i had got, he told me the scroll was 700k-1m on maple global and to try and sell it for 500kish, so i did in the free market, first i got called a newb, then i got called a noob again and was told to su... i won't even go there, The third try i lowered my price to 400k and was told they where 150-200k, so i tried to sell the scroll for 200k, i was called a noob once again, then i finally was able to sell it for 200k which brang me to 250k, the most money I've had so far :D

After that i went back to PQ where after a while of trying i finally joined a party and got in, the first time i got lightening ear rings and the second time i got star ear rings, then another party got in before us and the rest of my party left.

I got another party where i got one game with before i realized 'OMGI'M10MINUTESLATEFORMEETINGMYFRIEND' reward was 8 bronze ores.

2 hours later when i got back i got another party and done more pqs rewards where: 8 bronze ore, 10% scroll for overall dex, sapphire earrings, scroll for topwear defense, 8 garnet ore, star earrings and 15 unagi (food that heals 1000hp each) after all that pqing our leader left so i decided to also leave. By the time i had done all those party quests i had rosen from lev 26 and 10-ish % to level 27 and 36%

Now to the money making part :D
I sold a pair of star earrings for 20k
Then saphire earrings for 27.5k
Then all the unagis for 550mesos each

After that i headed to the free market in henesys
Where i sold my 10% scroll for overall dex for 250k then sold 2 super tomato juices (from the tomato event a while back) for 30k each bringing me to a total of 582k!

Then at the end of the day i went back to party questing and got 8 orihalcon ores and 3 diamond ores.

Yay, i got to level 26 today after completing the quest in which i need to kill 99 evil eyes, i know i'm training very slow recently, i don't know, i just don't like training alot, but i still want to get lev 30 with in the next week or two so i can become a fighter.

Event news! Well i just found out via the maple europe website that we are going to have another event, some event based on the german ''oktoberfest'' a 100% alcohol free culteral event. Hopefully this event won't be as horrible as the last. Event starts September 18th 2007.

Fame fame fame.
Well today, one of the first things i done on maplestory was hung on a rope outside sleepywood afk.
Exciting isn't it? Well anyway, when i came back, i had been defamed for no reason by some random newb i pmed him asking why he had done so, i got no reply :/ So i bought fame off someone in henesys half a hour or so later and then traded my fame again bringing my fame to 21.

Running a little low on cash

After buying level 25 armor, pots and tickets back and forth to different islands and towns i was running a little low on cash, so i went to the freemarket and sold a scroll of spear or something like that for 60k, i probably got riped off but i had no need for it and needed the money. Then i traded my fame (bringing my fame up to 18) I even seen parkour at the free market who has the highest fame in the game, Then i bought a sap of ancient tree for 3k (was told they where around 25k a few days ago?) then while trying to sell a lev 32 crossbow someone droped 2 blood snowboards and 1000 mesos and i got them, i then bought another blood snowboard for 4k ! : D i then got bored and decided it probably wasn't going to sell so i headed to PQ for the first time ever.

On the way i bought some newbies fame for a shield and a aqua snowboard, when i arrived at kerning i spent 30k on 100 white potions bringing me down to 52k, i then partied with a lev 30 wizard, a lev 26 warrior and a lev 26 rogue and we done the king slime quest together. my reward was 8 bronze ores.

The second time i pq'd with my lev 30 assassin friend, a lev 30 cleric and a level 29 archer, my reward then was 1k or 1.5k xp and a green bamboo hat, the third time i pq-ed with the same people and got 8 amethyst ore and 1.5k xp. ^_^

Yesterday, i got lev 25 and decided to just buy armor instead of waiting to level 30, after that my aunt let me by 12.5k nx credits, Sorry for the short blog entry, we should have another one later on tonight. ^_^

14 fame

Well, first of all i didn't update the blog yesterday and the day before, and i'm sorry about that.
There wasn't really anything to write about anyway, i forgot to swap my fame the day of the last entry and the day after that, yesterday i traded my fame but i didn't really do any training and today i got to level 24, traded my fame, got fame off that person i was talking about a few days ago and when i went afk later on and came back some random person had famed me for no reason what so ever, so thats 3 fame in one day : D

The last two days i spent mainly just talking and hanging out with friends, mainly Riolu and Teru.
Also i bought a shield off teru the day of the last blog entry for 100k, the shield is called a 'battle shield' and has a 35 lev requirement with a 120 defense bonus, i don't care if i can't use it for another 10 or so levels i didn't need the money and i still had 120k afterwards.

As soon as i logged on i continued with the dig up quest, i was expecting a bit more to go but it turns out all i had to do was to talk to one more person in ellina and then i got my reward of 1k experience, 30k cash ( :O ) and 50 eggs which heal 50hp each, then i done the 'Camila's gem quest' for the 1.7k xp and 30 cake reward.

The rest of the day i spent hanging out with friends :D

I started the day where i left off, near Perion trying to get plant fossils from the axe stomps by the time i had 65 plant fossils or so i received a message telling me that i had completed the 'fixing blackbull's house' quest by picking up the firewood and branches from my kills, so i headed back to Perion to receive my very poor reward of 50 experience and a shield worth 4k, i sold the shield to the shop along with some spare items i got from monster drops.

On my way back, i randomly killed a few monsters as usual, but this time i got a level 15 composite bow from a red snail, while training i found brown nightshit pants, i quickly gathered the rest of my needed 100 fossils and headed back to perion, sold my stuff to the shop bringing my money to 190k and got the taxi back to henesys where i traded my fame and started killing the green mushrooms to get my 100 needed animal fossils while getting the animal fossils i got a few drops, traded fame, leveled up and bought another persons fame for 10k.

and the last thing i done before logging off was claimed my reward of 1k experience and the next part to the quest :D to be continued? :o

I didn't level today, but I did get to 60% exp and I didn't trade my fame today instead I gave it to a friend. I started the 'winton's fossil dig up' quest and got 32 out of the 100 needed plant fossils after that I need 100 animal fossils, I don't know what the reward is but I like doing quests ^_^

Well, i should be level 23 with at least 9 fame by tomorrow, however I won't be training as fast due to school and stuff. More tomorrow. ^_^

I got to lev 22 today training at pig beach, I also traded my fame and then bought somebody else's fame for cheap (1.5k) bringing my fame to a total of 8. I haven't done much today, but I was looking over NX costs and items and I might get some soon, I'm not quite sure what I want yet besides those green tinted glasses.

I'm also now rank 17,675 on Maple Europe which I think is pretty cool considering I was 24,000th a just a few days ago.

Sorry there isn't much to write about today, maybe there will be more when I'm a higher level ^_^

A week today

Well, a week today I started the blog and yesterday was the week anniversary of Nerd, I was at a barbecue for half of the day or so but i still got to lev 21, and with my new equipment and use of my spells, i'm able to hit up to as high as 297.

I sucessfully traded my fame today but I didn't see that person who said she'd give me her fame after me giving her mine at all today, I don't think i'm going to get it but aw well :/
I also added that new feature i was talking about yesterday the one that shows my name, level and aims It's on the side bar and shouldn't be hard to find. I'm also going to add my current fame (which is 6 at the minute)

I done the ''Miss ming ming (or whatever you call her)'s first worry'' and the ''Danger 2-h mushroom'' quests today which is two off the list of quests i am currently trying to complete.

Yesterday's blog entry was quite plain, I failed to mention I had gotten over 100k for the first time on the nerd account and had 102k by the end of the day and I forgot to keep you updated about the 999 1-H mushroom quest which I finished today, the reward was a let down but the xp from the 999 green mushrooms was good. I had 132.5k at one point to day but due to me getting level 20 (Thanks alt for helping me train magicmagus) I spent allot of money on new armor and A weapon bringing me down to 90k but by the end of the day i was back up to 105kish :3

After getting lev20 and my new armor Magic brang me to Orbis to do the insanely easy ''Nero's necklace'' quest for the 4000 xp reward, after that we went to orbis tower to kill a few junior and normal sentinels for a while which was fun. It was my first time going to Orbis and we didn't stay long but from what i seen it looked cool and allot less boring than Victoria island, hopefully when I'm a higher level I'll be able to explore more cool areas like orbis c:

As for the fame, today it didn't go so well. I famed the other person and then she realized that she had ''forgot'' she deefamed a hacker earlier on in the day so was unable to give me her fame back, she said that she would give me her fame tomorrow though so lets see how that goes :S

I was also thinking of adding a new feature on the side of the blog saying either my aims, my current level and maybe a picture of my character, feel free to comment ^_^ See you tomorrow.

Back to school

Well today was my first day back to school after the summer, My class isn't as good as my one last year and 4 out of my 8 art classes a week will be taught by someone who knows nothing about art, but it shouldn't be too bad. Anyway, this is a blog about maplestory so I geuss i should talk about maplestory a little more than school.

At the beginning of the day i spent more time messing about than training, and what little training I did was soon lost by dying after. I started my normal maplestory day by trading my fame as normal bringing my fame to a level of 4 now. I was looking through the maplestory news, there was nothing really there besides the tomato event is over and there are new NX cash items including some capes, nothing i was really interesting in though. I decided to post my blog on the MapleEurope forums I think it got me a few extra views but not alot, I also met MagicMagus who had seen my blog/blog topic and added me ingame, he helped me train alot today and gave me another fame (5 fame in total now c:!) I didn't make level 19, I probably would of if i didn't die so much today. But I'll get it first thing tomorrow after school ;3

Today I made some money which I am very happy about. I sold some basic monster parts like squishy liquids, orange and green mushrooms and snail shells, the sheild that wopper gave me for 4k, then the shoes and bow I had gotten from monster drops earlier for 4k after that I sold all the stuff on my old archer account ''irish'' for 8k and transfered that to ''nerd'' leaving me with 88k now. I could of made more if I sold my fame but instead I decided to trade my fame for somebody else's bringing my fame to a total of 3 and my level is now 18 with a max hit of 12 6 without spells ;D

Anyway, yesterday I said that i had done the 'danger <1-g>' quest, well straight after I finished it i decided to start the second 'danger <1-g>' quest in which you need to kill 999 of the green mushrooms. Well, when randomly training on anything i could find in the 2 maps above the henesys hunting grounds all day i had killed 176 out of the required 999, so I'll keep you updated on that over the next few days. ;D

The domain name of the website has been changed from 'ms-adventures.blogspot.com' to 'maplenerd.blogspot.com' I tried to get a cool domain name and ended up with that, its a shame the amount of blogs that have been made and then just simply given up on and left there to rot rather than deleting the blog and letting someone else use the name, it would be a different matter if the blog had alot of posts, but most of these ones don't have any or very few! Last but not least A counter has been added to the side of the website, shouldn't be too hard to spot. ^_^

I met 3 new friends today, Riolu, Teru and WopperNL. Three very cool people ^_^ I traded fame with Teru (bringing my fame to 2) and Wopper very kindly gave me another aqua surfboard.

I completed the 'Danger <1-g>' bringing me up to level 17, then i spent 7k on a 'fork on a stick' so now i can hit up to a max of 114 damage. Then i done the 'John's pink flower basket' quest and got some exp for that, i don't know why that guy just can't get some nice candles or something for his wife instead of those dam flowers ;[

My cash total at the minute is only 48k, I'm hoping to raise that by selling my 2 aqua surf boards and maybe selling my fame.

I wasn't able to get Nerd to level 15 this yesterday so I got it this morning and I'm level 16 now. Also I've completed the Giant tomato event quest 7/8 times since i started this account.

Anyway, I've been trying to save my of money instead of wasting it all on hp pots and newbie armors unto level 20 or so. Sadly that means I'm still in the gray top, blue shorts and brown sandles i began in and i also die a lot. I was hoping for 10k for my fame but i ended up just trading it, so now I've got hopefully my first of many more fame to come.

As for the money saving thing, I've now got 50k and i bought a aqua snowboard for 500g off another player, which i think was a good deal because I've seen others selling their aqua snowboards for 1-6k each. Thats all, good night ;)

I Have just moved from maplestory global to MapleEurope a few days ago, I made an archer account with the name 'Irish' and was using that unto yesterday when I made another account my the name 'Nerd' which I think is a pretty cool name, so I'm going to stick with that.

''Nerd'' is a warrior, I got him up to level 13 yesterday and he's level 14 now, I'm going to try and get him to level 15 and sell my fame before I go to sleep. I've been making A bit of money and experience from the giant tomato event, Basically, a giant tomato spawns in all the towns every couple of hours, when it is killed it drops tomatoes each person can only hold one tomato at a time, And you can't sell them to the shop or trade them. Return the tomato to Charles (who is in every town) and you will be rewarded with 500xp, 500gold and 3 tomato juices that give 200 hp and mana when used.

Well thats it now, I'm off to train.
